4. Test the Charger: Try using a different charger or charging outlet to ensure the issue isn’t with the charger itself.
5. Reset the Toy: If applicable, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to reset the toy, which can sometimes resolve operational issues.

You can return your items to us in a few simple steps within 30 days of purchase.

Item is Faulty
Please note that we may not always require you to return your faulty item, so kindly wait to speak with a member of our Customer Care team before sending it back. To help us assist you more efficiently with your faulty item, please let us know whether it is electrical (battery-powered or rechargeable) or non-electrical (such as a Dildo, etc.).
