Help my toy doesn't want to play?

Unused
You can return your items to us in a few simple steps within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused and unopened from its protective packaging.
Item is Faulty
Please note that we may not always require you to return your faulty item, so kindly wait to speak with a member of our Customer Care team before sending it back. To help us assist you more efficiently with your faulty item, please let us know whether it is electrical (battery-powered or rechargeable) or non-electrical (such as a Dildo, etc.).
Non-Electrical Item

Return Promise
We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Please note that the item must be unopened and remain in its original product safety packaging. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges; however, please contact us if you are outside the 30-day period, and we will do our best to assist with any product concerns. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Orders & Delivery
Orders are open to adults aged 18+.
We ship within Australia and internationally. International orders must meet a minimum spend (as detailed on our Shipping Policy).
We do our best to keep our stock inventory up to date but can't guarantee availability.
Packaging and shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery info. We take reasonable care with your details, but we can’t be liable for issues beyond our control (like transmission errors or malware).
We’ll accept or decline your order within 7 business days. No news after that? Consider it declined.
Your order is yours once we receive payment in full. Full payment details are listed during checkout.
Once we hand your parcel to the courier, the risk is passed to you.
Order Cancellations
If we’ve accidentally listed a product with incorrect info (like pricing or description), we may cancel your order if we can't fulfill it. We'll do our best though to make sure you're happy. If we can't offer a solution that is acceptable to you, any charges will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
Faulty or damaged item? Let us know straight away on care@ticklelove.com.au and we’ll make it right. That’s a promise.
Changed your mind? If your item is completely unused, fully sealed in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, we can offer you an exchange or refund. You need to come to the party and cover the return shipping cost.
If we can’t exchange a faulty item, we’ll refund you in full—including any original shipping costs.
